Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy

Due to the artisanal nature of NEZAI collections and their release in limited quantities, the following policy applies:

- Cash refunds are not offered.

- Eligible returns may be approved for:

- Store credit, or

- Size exchange, subject to availability.

-  Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

-  Items must be:

-  Unworn, unused, and unaltered

-  In original condition with all tags and packaging intact

Once approved, store credit will be issued as a digital voucher

Store Credit Terms

-Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

-Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

- Store credit may be used toward any future purchase on the NEZAI website. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

-Custom-made or made-to-order items

-Items purchased during sale or promotional events

NEZAI reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above conditions. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item with a clear manufacturing defect:

-Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery

-Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue

Each case will be reviewed individually. If a defect is confirmed, NEZAI may offer:

-Repair of the item, or replacement or store credit, subject to availability

-Refund to the original payment method

This policy does not cover damage caused by improper use, washing, or handling.
