2. Products & Availability
- All NEZAI products are offered subject to availability.
- Due to the artisanal nature and limited production of our collections, availability may be restricted. - NEZAI reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
Product descriptions, images, and colours are provided for reference purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or the handcrafted nature of the products.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the Site and are inclusive or exclusive of VAT as required by UAE law (as indicated at checkout).
- NEZAI reserves the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.
- Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase.
- All payments are processed through secure, authorized payment gateways.
NEZAI does not store or have access to customers’ payment card details.
4. Orders & Acceptance
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. NEZAI reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

➢ Pricing or system errors
➢ Suspected fraudulent activity
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, an appropriate resolution will be provided in accordance with applicable policies.
5. Delivery
- Delivery timelines and shipping fees are displayed at checkout.
- NEZAI is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit - Cash refunds are not offered.
Eligible returns may be approved for store credit or size exchange or full refund only for (Damaged or Defective Items), subject to conditions outlined in our Store Policy.
- Certain items, including custom-made and sale items, are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Limitation of Liability
NEZAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of products to the fullest extent permitted by UAE law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
